Mark McEachen
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mark McEachen is a seasoned executive having worked for several PE-backed companies as CEO in a variety of industries. Mark holds several finance degrees and began his career at Chrysler Corporation. During his career, McEachen has worked on over 30 strategic transactions helping companies overcome various challenges and helped lead them to prosperity. Today, Mark is Chairman and CEO of PLI and resides in California.

Josh Gleason
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Josh brings more than 18 years of experience in financial strategy and process leadership across diverse industries, including manufacturing, ecommerce, retail, events, and services. He joined PLI in 2021 as Senior Director of Finance, where he built and advanced the company’s FP&A capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making. In 2025, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer, continuing to guide cross-functional teams in achieving PLI’s financial and strategic goals.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Utah State University and an MBA from the University of Utah. Josh lives in Henderson, Nevada, with his wife and their five children.

Chad Jones
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Operations
Chad started his career in 2014 as a Production Supervisor in the Asheville facility. Through hard work and dedication, he climbed the management ladder and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2016. In 2019 he was promoted to Director of Operations, overseeing the Las Vegas facility. In September of 2023, he was promoted to VP of G&L Operations. Chad is a highly experienced Operations Leader with extensive experience in printing, lean manufacturing, and managing all aspects of plant operations.

Mary Parks
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Strategic Accounts
Mary Parks has been in the gift card space for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge in closed and open loop products. She worked for InComm & Blackhawk as their VP of Business Development, which allowed her to work with brands and retailers and build meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization. These past roles have prepared her for the VP of G&L Strategic Accounts position at PLI.

Stephanie Thompson
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Business Development
Stephanie Thompson has been in the private label credit card and gift card space for over 30 years. Prior to her career at PLI, Stephanie was a Sourcing Leader at GE managing Direct Mail Campaigns for over 30 brands that included implementing marketing strategies. Stephanie also earned her Six Sigma Green Belt at GE. Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge to the gifting industry with an extensive print production background, excellent customer service and creative mindset. Stephanie also resides on the RGCA (Retail Gift Card Association) Board of Directors.

Robert Keshura
Vice President, HEAT Operations
Robert has been part of the senior management team in Asheville since November 2011 and brings to PLI over 27 years of card manufacturing experience. Prior to PLI, Robert was Director of Manufacturing for ABCorp, a leading card manufacturer in Boston, MA. In addition to his card industry experience, Robert has a strong background in specialty and secure printing with close to a decade in the lottery segment. This combined experience has led the Asheville facility to becoming the premier site for RFID access control cards along with all other supporting manufacturing needs for the Hospitality, Events, Cruise & Charters and Casino business segments.

Claudia Alarcia
Vice President, Human Resources
Claudia is a Vice President, Human Resource leader in the manufacturing industry with more than 18 years of experience in the HR field, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, labor relations, and regulatory compliance. She is a hands-on HR leader with proven success in building strong partnerships with operational leaders and teams. She enjoys problem-solving and executing projects. Her dedication and high sense of responsibility help her be successful in delivering results and supporting the company’s mission, vision, and values.

Warren Hogan
Vice President, Gift & Loyalty Operations
Warren Hogan is a proud military veteran with a background in Naval Intelligence. He joined PLI in May of 2019. He was hired on as Production Manager and then promoted to Operations Manager a couple of years later. Warren has been in Operations and Manufacturing for over 33 years working in various settings including Automotive with Behr Heat Transfer, Compact Disc (Injection Molding) with Arvato Digital Services, and Heavy Industrial Paper Mill with Pactiv Evergreen.

Robyn Evans
Vice President, Hospitality Sales
Robyn brings more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, with a career that spans operations, sales, and organizational growth across a wide range of hotel and hospitality environments. She has a strong track record of leading multimillion-dollar portfolios, building and coaching high-performing teams, and driving results by aligning strategy with day-to-day execution.
Throughout her career, Robyn has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Operations and Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and Regional and Corporate Sales leadership positions with well-respected hospitality organizations. Her experience across extended-stay and full-service hotels, REITs, restaurants, and rental homes gives her a broad and practical perspective that will be a great asset to our organization.
What stands out most about Robyn is her people-first leadership style. She is known for her steady leadership, strong sales acumen, and ability to build accountability and collaboration at every level of an organization.

Robert Boehm
Head of Security
Robert Boehm joins PLI as the new Head of Security, reporting directly to me. Robert has nearly 19 years of distinguished law enforcement experience with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD). Throughout his career with LVMPD, Robert served the Las Vegas community in a wide range of demanding and high-responsibility roles and an unwavering commitment to public safety.
During his tenure, Robert gained extensive experience in security operations, emergency response, threat assessment, investigations, and risk management. During his last 13 years he worked exclusively as a Detective working closely with Federal and State partners, high profile cases and investigations. He has worked closely with diverse teams, served in high-pressure incidents, and developed strategic safety initiatives designed to protect both people and critical assets.
Robert is committed to bringing the same level of dedication and service to PLI that he demonstrated throughout his career in law enforcement. His experience, professionalism, and passion for community-focused safety make him a valuable addition to the PLI leadership team.
