What motivates you in your role?
I’m motivated by opportunities to interact with and help people, solve complex problems, and make a tangible impact on organizational culture and performance.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
Learning a new industry. My background is in call centers, so this is all new to me. I love walking around the production floor and observing all the different skills needed to make a gift card. I often stand next to people and ask them to explain to me what they are doing because I’m fascinated by the process.
What values of the company do you like most?
Collaboration – I value a collaborative environment and the chance to learn. I love working with a team that encourages creativity and open communication.
Innovation – On a daily basis I see PLI employees from all levels introduce new ideas, methods, products, or services to solve problems or improve existing ones.
Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
I’m proud when I’m able to positively impact an organization’s success by cultivating a healthy work environment, developing employees, and fostering inclusivity, as well as making a tangible difference in people’s careers and lives through mentorship and fair treatment.
What is your favorite benefit/perk if working at PLI?
Right now, the gym membership. I’m currently on a health craze and trying to lose some weight.
Next month – renewal assistance with my Costco card because I will be buying pumpkin pie 😊
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
At PLI you are in control of your own career. Regardless of what position you are currently qualified to apply for or what position you get hired for, once hired, you have the opportunity for job advancement and/or a lateral move. The only thing that is needed to be considered is good attendance, performance, and attitude. Whether you have dreams of moving up to management or moving over to the Customer Service Dept., we will assist you in achieving your career goals

What motivates you in your role?
What motivates me in my role is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the team and delivering results. I'm also motivated by continuous learning and growth—when I'm challenged, I stay engaged and energized.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite thing about working here is being hands-on with the production process. I really enjoy the technical side of making gift cards—seeing the raw materials turn into a finished product and knowing I had a part in that. There's also a sense of pride in the quality and precision we aim for, and it's great to be part of a team that values doing things right.
What values of the company do you like most?
Giving me a chance to grow within the company. Getting to know what it takes to deliver high-quality, secure card solutions while also taking steps toward environmentally responsible production really stands out. The leadership is amazing and continues to grow.
Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
What makes me the proudest in my job as a technician is knowing that the work I do directly contributes to producing high-quality gift cards that people use and enjoy every day. Whether it’s troubleshooting a machine, maintaining production quality, or solving technical issues quickly, I take pride in keeping things running smoothly. I know that even the smallest details can make a big difference, and being part of a team that delivers reliable, well-crafted products is really rewarding.
What is your favorite benefit/perk if working at PLI?
My fellow employees are amazing and Harding working! Willingness to leave it all on the line and more. It’s a family. Always thriving from each other.
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
It’s a place where you can see the operations of makes a secure gift cards and a great place to grow and learn.
