What motivates me in my role?
I am motivated by a hands-on approach to troubleshooting elusive equipment faults, the variety of working on new projects, and contributing practical ideas that ensure we deliver high-quality products to our customers.
What is my favorite thing about working at PLI?
PLI is a world leader in card production, and it’s exciting to see the equipment, technology, and creativity that goes into products people use every day.
What values do you like most?
The value of continuous improvement resonates with me most. PLI has been an industry leader for decades because we aren't afraid to evolve, and I love being part of a company that keeps pushing for better ways to do things.
What aspects of my job make me the proudest?
What makes me proudest is seeing our finished products in major stores. Knowing that I had a part in creating something seen and used by millions of people every day is incredibly rewarding.
What is my favorite benefit/perk working at PLI?
The Wellness Program is my favorite. It’s a great motivator to stay healthy, and I love that it’s designed to be engaging rather than just another corporate requirement.
What advice do I have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
Be curious and ready to learn. We work with some pretty cool technology and high-volume production, so things move fast. If you’re someone who likes to ask questions and take initiative, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow.

What motivates you in your role?
The technical aspect of color management and problem-solving press issues. I also enjoy training others; Strong team members make strong teams. I’ve always had a natural affinity for printing; I’ve always found it to be interesting.
What is your favorite thing about working here?
Being surrounded by talented people and truly having a safe place to work. I also enjoy working at a place where I can use my college education.
What values of the company do you like most?
PLI has always had an emphasis on core values. I’m a big integrity guy. All relationships start with trust. Being progressive and natural collaboration starts there; it’s a foundational element.
Which aspects of your job make you the proudest?
The quality of work stands out to me. I’ve always been proud of the prestige of the wide range of global clients we do work for daily.
What is your favorite benefit/perk if working at PLI?
A safe/secure workplace and David’s Dad jokes during staff meetings.
What advice do you have for someone considering working or applying at PLI?
PLI is very team focused, no matter what department you work in. It is very important that you can carry your own workload while contributing to the team as well. People are always willing to help the ones they respect.
