‘Tis the Season for Gratitude: A Christmas Luncheon to Remember

LAS VEGAS, NV and ASHEVILLE, NC – December 23, 2024 – The holiday season was in full swing at PLI’s Asheville and Las Vegas facilities as the company hosted its Annual Christmas Luncheon for its employees. The event, a festive tradition, brought employees together for a time of warmth, joy, and camaraderie. It was an opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible achievements of the year, all while enjoying a delicious holiday meal.

‘Tis the Season for Gratitude

This luncheon was more than just a gathering, it was a heartfelt expression of appreciation for the dedication and tireless efforts of the PLI team. As the year comes to a close, the holiday season offers a moment to recognize the hard work that contributes to PLI’s success. Each employee’s contribution has been an integral part of overcoming challenges, innovating new ideas, and delivering excellence.

Adding to the festive cheer was PLI’s highly anticipated Ugly Sweater Contest to compete for exciting prizes, a highlight of the day’s celebrations. Employees showed off their creativity and holiday spirit with an array of fun, festive, and hilariously outrageous sweaters, transforming the luncheon into a sea of bright colors, tinsel, and cheerful designs. Laughter filled the room as employees admired each other’s efforts, making the contest a memorable and engaging experience for everyone.

The event also featured a special awards ceremony honoring employees for their dedication and long-standing commitment to PLI. Awards were given to team members celebrating milestones for years of service. This meaningful recognition highlighted the importance of their contributions and the strong sense of family within the company.

This luncheon wasn’t just about celebrating past accomplishments but also about recognizing the strength of the PLI family. From navigating obstacles to pushing the limits of what’s possible, the team’s collective efforts have positioned PLI for success and growth in the coming year.

In the festive atmosphere, employees were able to dress up in their favorite Christmas sweater, unwind and enjoy a sense of togetherness, something that is especially meaningful in today’s fast-paced world. The holiday luncheon was a reminder of the importance of community and the role each person plays in the company’s journey.

Looking ahead to the New Year, PLI is filled with optimism and excitement for the opportunities and challenges 2025 will bring.
