The Clear Value of Signage

The Clear Value of Signage

Communicate in-room and on-property with attractive signage!

Communication is beneficial for guests, housekeeping staff and others – informative and attractive signage contributes to an enjoyable, repeat worthy guest experience!

Involve guests in your sustainable-cards efforts

Use in-room signage to communicate important water and energy conservation initiatives and encourage guest participation.

  • Towel Usage – Please reuse towels, indicate which towels need refreshing
  • Bed Linen – Changed daily upon request only
  • Electricity Savings – Please turn down air conditioning, turn off lights, TV and exhaust fan when exiting room

Besides helping the environment, publicizing your green practices can also help reduce utility costs and conserve valuable staff time by cutting back on select housekeeping tasks.

Keep guests in the loop

Clearly visible signs communicate both perks and policies.

  • No smoking areas
  • Complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast
  • Restaurant, pool and other amenity hours

Clearly informing guests of your property’s practices can help free up staff by reducing “front desk” inquiries.
