The leadership and people he had once worked with were a significant draw in his decision to return. Coming back, he noticed that the company had grown stronger, with improvements in leadership and management that reflected PLI’s commitment to both its employees’ and its mission. Frederic’s time away allowed him to see what made PLI distinct from other companies. In his promoted role as a General Machine Operator, Frederic is responsible for setting up jobs for the machines to operate, a step-up that allows him to make an even greater impact. But what truly makes his experience fulfilling is the camaraderie he feels daily. “Camaraderie means a lot to me,” Frederic says. “It’s like a family here and we depend on each other.” His return was met with food, hugs, and heartfelt greetings from his colleagues, a reflection of the support system that PLI nurtures across all departments and roles.

Looking ahead, Frederic is excited about the future. As PLI continues to grow, so does the potential for new opportunities and achievements. Every day offers something special, whether it’s working on a project with a trusted team or sharing laughs in the break room.
