Roby Sanchez Joins PLI

Former Harvard Card Systems Exec will help success of PLI’s continuing expansion

PLI Card Marketing Solutions, a global leader in card printing and gift card manufacturing, is pleased to announce that veteran card industry executive, Roby Sanchez, has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Sanchez was most recently the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Harvard Card Systems. Backed by Platinum Equity Small Cap Fund, PLI recently acquired Harvard Card Systems, further expanding its portfolio and footprint of card manufacturing and complete card marketing services.

Having a strong understanding of sales, operations and customer support, Sanchez will focus on PLI’s continued growth and acquisition strategy.

“What I found compelling about PLI was its resources, leadership and expertise in the card manufacturing market,” said Sanchez. “I look forward to helping take the company forward on its growth path.” Sanchez spent the last seven years at Harvard, where he held various key positions and successfully led Sales and Operational Teams.

“Roby understands the interconnectivity between sales and manufacturing, as well as the importance of innovation and customer satisfaction, and he has a proven track record,” said Peter Krauss, CEO of PLI. “He’s joining an already successful, committed team at a great time to further PLI’s expansion and growth.”

Headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, PLI is a leading provider of gift, loyalty and membership card marketing solutions, including card production, personalization, fulfillment, direct mail and print services.  PLI is also the world’s largest manufacturer of hotel keycards.
