Re.Solve to Con.Serve™ represents a partnership with hotels to make a difference

DALLAS, TX – September 28, 2021 – PLI Card Marketing Solutions (https://www.plicards.com) used the kick-off of HITEC Dallas to announce the initiative Re.Solve to Con.Serve – a program that fosters environmental sustainable-cards and supply chain health through collaboration between PLI and individual hotel brands and properties.

“We originally introduced the Re.Solve™ brand in 2020 to showcase our expanding portfolio of sustainable products,” explained Karen Brooker, PLI’s Vice President of Client Marketing. “Re.Solve to Con.Serve takes our efforts to a new level. The program reaches beyond our raw materials and product attributes, and it leverages new ways for PLI to work in collaboration with clients to address today’s sustainable-cards challenges.”

“With Re.Solve to Con.Serve, we approach sustainable-cards from a holistic perspective,” shared Robert Kotseos, PLI’s Vice President of Hospitality. “Our clients are facing higher costs, staffing challenges, more intense health & safety requirements, and continued concern over environmental issues. Sustainability in the hotel business only works if all these things are taken into consideration.” When asked for examples, Kotseos explained, “We have begun working with some of our clients to take obsolete key card inventory and renew it so it can be used as safety stock. We are also working with clients to boost key card return rates and bring down program costs. We’ll continue to introduce more environmentally sustainable products, but now we have added a more intentional plan to collaborate with clients on meeting their other challenges as well.”

HITEC Dallas attendees are invited to stop by booth #5414 to meet with PLI representatives during the event.
