With each passing quarter, PLI has the privilege to acknowledge those who go above and beyond their roles, driving the company forward through innovation, leadership, and unwavering commitment.
As Q2 of 2024 ends, PLI is thrilled to announce the winners of this quarter's Rock Star Award. These individuals have been carefully selected from a diverse pool of nominees across various business segments and facilities. Each recipient of the Rock Star Award has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation, significantly contributing to the company’s performance and profitability. In recognition of their efforts, each winner receives a well-deserved monetary prize of one thousand dollars and a prestigious trophy commemorating their sensational achievements.
HEAT Segment (Asheville) Winners:

Eric Lindquist won the Rockstar Award for collaboration and teamwork with fellow PLI LV and AVL employees.

Chris Leedom won the Rockstar Award for outstanding innovation in business processes.
Gift & Loyalty Segment (Las Vegas) Winners:

Adrian Flores won the Rockstar Award for exceptional contribution and commitment to cost savings regarding business processes and collaboration.

Joel Magpantay won the Rockstar Award for outstanding teamwork, collaboration, and diligence.
