Leadership Awards Program Winners for 2023 Q4
LAS VEGAS, NV and ASHEVILLE, NC - January 24, 2023 – In Q4 of 2023, PLI launched a new initiative, the PLI Leadership Awards Program, to recognize select employees for their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the organization. To kick off the inaugural program, the first group of winners from Q4 of 2023 were nominated, selected, and awarded with their monetary prize of one thousand dollars and a trophy.
The following employees demonstrated superlative leadership and innovation capabilities and went above and beyond their role to improve company profitability and/or performance in a substantial manner to earn the quarterly Rock Star Award. Each of the following team members were chosen from each respective business segment and facility.
Gift & Loyalty Segment (Las Vegas, NV) Winners:
Michael “Gene” Whitmer won the Rockstar Award for innovation and cost savings with respect to business processes, products, and collaboration and teamwork with fellow PLI employees.
Peggy Collier (General Administration) won the Rockstar Award for her instrumental contribution to the savings tied to implementing a new applicant tracking system. 
HEAT Segment (Asheville, NC) Winners:
Colin Lynch won the Rockstar Award for innovation with respect to business processes, products, and services and for collaboration and teamwork with fellow PLI employees. 
Lynnae Branham (General Administration) won the Rockstar Award for innovation and progressiveness in moving Asheville’s recycling and safety program forward. 
Congratulations to all the well-deserved winners! PLI is grateful for each person’s hard work, commitment, and can-do attitude to bringing about success to the company.
