Dear PLI Teammates,

As we approach this special season of giving thanks,  I want to take a moment to extend my deepest gratitude to each one of you for your hard work and dedication you put forth each day at PLI. 

This year, we’ve experienced many achievements and overcome a few challenges from completing the Las Vegas facilities’ transition, to dealing with the devastation and impact of Hurricane Helene in Asheville. You have triumphed with your teamwork and camaraderie spirit to accomplish many things together as one unified team. Through it all, your resiliency and adaptability have been truly inspiring.

I sincerely appreciate your can-do attitude, talents, professionalism, attention to detail and contribution you bring to your team and the entire organization as they DO make a difference and enrich the workplace.

It is a privilege to witness our team’s unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, personal and professional growth, and pushing the limits of what’s possible. I recognize your tireless efforts that have laid the foundation and achievements for our current and future success.
