LAS VEGAS, NV – March 1, 2024 - Effective immediately, I am announcing a new leadership team to lead the PLI G&L operations in Las Vegas. These changes add several new seasoned and experienced card manufacturing executives who will help take PLI’s expanded G&L presence in LV to the next level.  

Warren Hogan is appointed the new VP of G&L Operations responsible for all LV manufacturing efforts for the Gift and Loyalty division. Warren was previously the Operations Manager for the Hospitality division in Asheville, North Carolina. Warren will report directly to me. 

Guy Meeker is the new Director of Manufacturing Operations for card production in LV1. Guy joins PLI from Archway Marketing where he previously was VP of Card Operations in Texas. Guy reports to Warren Hogan. 

Chuck Wittenmeyer is the new Director of Service Bureau Operations for LV1 and LV2. Chuck will have oversight responsibility for the new LV2 operations facility. Chuck previously was VP of Operations at MTL Card Products. Chuck reports to Warren Hogan. 

Brian Ray is temporarily joining the G&L operations team as Production Control Manager for all G&L Operations. Brian was previously Production Manager for the Hospitality division in Asheville, North Carolina. Brian reports to Warren Hogan. 

Gene Whitmer remains Facilities Manager reporting directly to Warren Hogan. 

Jen Arzadon remains Estimating Manager reporting directly to Warren Hogan. 

Walter Horne remains EHS Manager reporting directly to Warren Hogan. 

Terri Nelson remains Finance Director of G&L supporting Warren and his team. 

Chad Jones will now move into the role of Sr. Director of Purchasing and G&L Customer Care. Chad will report to Perry Morgan, SVP and CFO of PLI. 

Billy Johnson will now move into the role of Operations Manager for LV2 and will report directly to Chuck Wittenmeyer. 

With these changes and the infusion of more seasoned card manufacturing talent, I am confident that the recent operational performance challenges we have encountered will be fixed and the G&L division of PLI will be stronger than ever.

Organizational Announcement from our VP of Hospitality Operations  

ASHEVILLE, NC – March 1, 2024 - With the announcement of Warren's new position in Las Vegas it's with great pleasure that I announce the promotion of Brian Ray to Operations Manager in Asheville. Brian did a fantastic job in his previous role and contributed his skills and talent supporting the needs of daily production operations. Brian will report directly to me upon his return from his temporary assignment at the LV facility supporting the reorganization. 

Brian has earned the respect of the organization and will become my right hand as we continue to move forward into the future. Please extend congratulations on this duly deserved promotion.
